1. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping charge of ₹60
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout before payment

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed
  • A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Indore (local): 1–2 working days
  • Madhya Pradesh: 2–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–10 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services for delivery across India. The courier partner may vary by region. All shipments are tracked and you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. Packaging

All Spairo products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders if you wish to re-order
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing an order

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos/video of the damaged package and products immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy

8. Currently Not Available

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
