1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product is expired or tampered upon receipt

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging or seal
  • Products that show signs of misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased on sale or with special discount codes (unless defective)
  • Change of mind or allergic reactions (we recommend a patch test before full use)

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at spairoforbeauty@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 8839389844
  • Include your Order ID, product name, and a clear photo/video of the damage or defect
  • Our team will review your request within 2 working days
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (at no cost to you)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email/WhatsApp
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For COD orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI (you will need to provide account details)

4. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the defective item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After 12 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as orders may have been dispatched

  • Full refund will be issued for approved cancellations
